Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şeyhmus Aydoğdu is a faculty member in the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology at the Faculty of Education, Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University. He completed his undergraduate, master's, and doctoral studies in Computer Education and Instructional Technology at Gazi University. His research interests include artificial intelligence applications in education, learning analytics, educational data mining, student modeling, and digitalization in quality processes in higher education.
He conducts research particularly on AI-supported learning environments, learning analytics, and the modeling of students' learning behaviors. He also takes part in research and projects on artificial intelligence and teacher education, digital competencies, and quality assurance in education.
Also active in the field of accreditation and quality assurance, Aydoğdu has contributed to quality assurance, education, and regulatory work within EPDAD, and has served as a project leader in software projects aimed at digitalizing accreditation processes in education.
Between 2025 and 2026, Aydoğdu carried out research at the University of Nottingham, School of Computer Science, as part of a research project. He continues his work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, learning analytics, and quality assurance in education.
